We're recruiting on behalf of a top-tier chilled food producer supplying major UK retailers. This is your chance to join a company known for innovation, quality, and sustainability.

We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a production team in delivering excellence across quality, food safety, and daily output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and allocate staff across production lines
• Ensure high standards in product quality and food safety
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance
• Support team training and performance management
• Oversee packaging, labelling, and production systems (AX, Autocoding, Sparc)
• Promote a strong safety and hygiene culture
• Work cross-functionally with QA, HR, Technical, and Warehouse teams

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

• 3+ years' experience in food manufacturing as a Production Supervisor
• Strong HACCP and food safety knowledge
• Leadership and team motivation skills
• Computer literate, basic English communication

Desirable:

• Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
• Health & Safety (IOSH or equivalent)
