We are a well-established software house based on the outskirts of Warwick, recently securing significant client wins. We are seeking senior developers to join our team in a hybrid role, working 2 days per week on-site in Warwick.

Our team is small but highly skilled, working on several greenfield projects. We pride ourselves on delivering top quality and service to our clients, including some renowned names.

1. Perform problem solving, utilize conceptual skills, and resolve production issues.
2. Translate high-level business requirements into software solutions.
3. Stay updated on new technologies and suggest potential implementations for current and future projects.
4. Maintain clear communication with company Directors.
5. Contribute to setting and maintaining team standards and best practices.
6. Participate in deployment pipeline configurations using Azure DevOps, including builds and branching strategies.
7. Engage in peer reviews to uphold project standards and consistency.

• Experience with C# and .NET
• Proficiency with Entity Framework
• Experience with SQL Server
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
