Job summary
A boutique financial firm in London is seeking an experienced Private Equity Accountant to manage a team and ensure deadlines are met. The role involves overseeing monthly and quarterly accounts, liaising with fund administrators, and preparing reporting packs. The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified with a solid understanding of Private Equity as well as strong Excel skills. The firm offers a competitive salary and a collaborative team environment.

Are you an ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with a strong background in Private Equity?
Do you have experience of LPA's, Management Fees, Carried Interest and other key financial aspects to LPA Accounting?
Are you looking to work for an established, boutique firm offering a rewarding and challenging role managing a team?
If so, we have a fantastic role for an experienced Private Equity Accountant where you will oversee a small team ensuring that monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines are met.
This is a West End firm in London offering a competitive salary and a collaborative team environment.
As the Private Equity Accountant your time will be divided between 70% PE work and 30% working with a range of other duties including audits, account prep and management accounts.
The 70% Private Equity work will involve:
- Liaising with fund administrators to answer queries
- Preparing reporting packs
- Calculating management fees and carried interest
- Tracking fund performance
- Overseeing Monthly Management Accounts
This Private Equity Accountant role requires someone with a strong background in Private Equity who is keen to take on a managerial role having worked as a senior of manager before.
You will have strong Excel knowledge coupled with SAGE ideally but not essential.
You will have a desire to learn new skills.
