Descrizione del lavoro

Job Type: Full-time or part time (minimum 30 hours per week)

Salary: From £55,000 (depending on experience)

We offer a competitive salary package aligned with current market rates for this role. The final offer will reflect your skills, experience, and qualifications, alongside our commitment to internal equity.

Location: South East or South West England

Hybrid role: mainly work from home with travel for meetings.

Please note: We’re sharing this opportunity across a number of job boards and in a number of locations to reach as many potential applicants as possible. However, this is one position – so wherever you see it, it’s the same great role.

About us

We’re a full-service HR consultancy that partners with clients to help their people and businesses thrive. Sometimes we act as their in-house HR team, sometimes as an extension of their existing people team — but always as a trusted partner that genuinely cares.

We believe people are the foundation of every business’s success. Our job is to help clients create workplaces where everyone can do their best work.

What you'll be doing

As a Talent and Culture Specialist, you’ll work on the growth side of HR — supporting clients with projects that shape culture, build capability, and drive engagement.

You’ll be part of a team that helps organisations design and deliver practical, creative people solutions — covering everything from organisational development and learning to wellbeing, EDIB, and talent planning.

Here’s a snapshot of what your day-to‑day might include:

  • Supporting the design and delivery of values, culture, and change programmes that help clients create thriving workplaces.
  • Carrying out diagnostics like surveys, focus groups, and interviews to uncover insights and shape practical solutions.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and associates to develop frameworks and toolkits that make a lasting difference to clients and their people.
  • Coordinating learning, wellbeing, and EDIB projects — ensuring programmes are engaging, inclusive, and impactful.
  • Helping deliver employee engagement initiatives that strengthen teams and improve workplace culture.
  • Supporting resourcing and talent planning projects, including employer branding, assessment, and succession planning.
  • Contributing to reward and benchmarking work, ensuring our clients’ approaches are fair, competitive, and sustainable.

It’s a varied and rewarding role for someone who loves combining people insight, creative thinking, and hands‑on delivery.

About you

You’re curious, proactive, and passionate about helping people and organisations grow. You’ve probably worked in a generalist HR, talent, or culture role before — and you’re ready to build on that experience in a consultancy environment.

You’re great at building relationships, managing projects, and keeping the detail on track without losing sight of the bigger picture.

You’ll need to be:

  • Experienced in HR, talent, or culture roles — supporting projects in OD, learning, engagement, wellbeing, EDIB, and/or resourcing.
  • Skilled in analysing data and insights to shape practical, evidence‑based recommendations.
  • Confident diagnosing organisational challenges and translating insight into clear recommendations.
  • Collaborative and credible — someone clients and colleagues trust to deliver.
  • A confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a natural ability to make complex ideas simple.
  • Highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
  • Commercially aware and tech‑savvy, with experience using systems like Outlook, Word, and Excel as well as a range of digital tools.
  • Happy to travel occasionally and hold a full UK driving licence.

Experience in consultancy, digital learning, or resourcing projects — and a CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) — would be a bonus, but not a deal breaker. What matters most to us is your experience and passion for making a real difference in this kind of role.

The Perks
  • Competitive salary (circa £55,000 per annum)
  • 25 days’ annual leave to start, rising to 27 after one year and 29 after two years, plus bank holidays
  • Career qualifications supported and paid for where relevant with progression and development opportunities
  • Monthly homeworking allowance and all equipment provided
  • Flexible working patterns to make sure you have a good balance between your work and home life
  • Pension scheme options (including salary sacrifice) and 4% employer pension contributions, with a minimum of 4% employee contributions
  • Life assurance at four times basic salary
  • Shopping discounts platform, flu vaccinations and technology and cycle to work salary sacrifice schemes
  • Medicash health cash plan and wellbeing benefits (including EAP)
  • Enhanced family leave and twice yearly all staff get togethers
  • Unlimited remote GP appointments available 24/7
  • A growing, progressive business with people at its heart
