Early Careers Talent Acquisition Manager
Are you passionate about shaping the future of talent and ready to lead a high-performing team? Aon is looking for an experienced Early Careers Talent Acquisition Manager to join our UK Talent Acquisition team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in Early Careers recruitment and proven direct line management experience to lead our UK EC TA team. You'll play a pivotal role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding exceptional early careers' talent across our UK offices-from apprentices to graduates-while working closely with senior leaders and the Talent Development team to build a diverse and future-ready workforce.
This is a hybrid role based in London or one of our South East offices, offering flexible working arrangements. The position also involves occasional travel to Aon offices and early careers events across the UK.
