The role includes nurturing existing clients and identifying new talent, with a strong focus on building relationships and strategic planning in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have extensive experience in the TV/broadcast industry and a passion for media.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Connaissances

Key responsibilities will include:
- Nurturing existing clients and ensuring they reach their full potential
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and industry professionals
- Strategic planning for existing talent
- Identifying and signing new talent
- Keeping across key developments in the industry
- Negotiating deals and contracts
The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive experience of working with Talent in TV/Broadcast and other areas
- Strong communication skills with the ability to pitch for new business
- Excellent negotiation skills
- A real passion for TV, podcasts, social media and radio
- Strong motivation to work in a fastmoving, supportive but demanding environment
- The ability to attract top level talent
