A managed service provider in Manchester is seeking a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to provide end user support, both onsite and remotely. The role involves troubleshooting and supporting software and hardware, particularly Windows 10/11 and Office 365. Generous benefits package and salary between £27,000 and £32,000 depending on experience.

Connaissances
We are currently looking to recruit a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer on a permanent basis for an expanding managed service provider.
- Provide end user support to a dedicated customer site and occasionally support other customers across the region onsite and remotely from home.
- Perform day-to-day administration and troubleshooting for customers.
- Support and manage software and hardware, with experience in Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server and anti-virus solutions.
- Work with a range of devices including desktops, laptops, tablets and printers; some experience with networks, WiFi and Google Chromebooks plus Google Workspace is desirable but not essential.
- Operate as a team player with excellent customer-facing skills.
- Good all-round knowledge of software and hardware support.
- Experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server and anti-virus.
- Experience with desktops, laptops, tablets and printers; familiarity with networks, WiFi and Google Chromebooks/Workspace is a plus but not essential.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Generous benefits package, career progression and certifications, as well as a basic salary of approximately £27,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.
