Technical Support Engineer - Power Control Systems - West Midlands - £40,000-£55,000 (DoE) + Bonus + Car Option

Do you have experience with generator controls, synchronisation or CHP/Hybrid systems?

Are you confident supporting customers with both remote and on-site troubleshooting?

Do you enjoy blending electrical engineering with customer interaction and training delivery?

Are you based within commuting distance of Rugby, or willing to travel across the UK when required?

This is a customer-facing technical role supporting sales, engineering and product teams, providing pre-sales support, commissioning expertise and ongoing customer liaison across the UK and international markets.

What you NEED
  • HNC/D or Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering (or significant hands-on equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a technical support, applications, or commissioning role.
  • Strong knowledge of gensets, synchronisation, automation or PLC systems.
  • Confident communicator with excellent fault-finding ability and customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility for occasional UK/international travel.
