Overview

We are currently looking to recruit a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer on a permanent basis for an expanding managed service provider.

Responsibilities
  • Provide end user support to a dedicated customer site and occasionally support other customers across the region onsite and remotely from home.
  • Perform day-to-day administration and troubleshooting for customers.
  • Support and manage software and hardware, with experience in Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server and anti-virus solutions.
  • Work with a range of devices including desktops, laptops, tablets and printers; some experience with networks, WiFi and Google Chromebooks plus Google Workspace is desirable but not essential.
  • Operate as a team player with excellent customer-facing skills.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Good all-round knowledge of software and hardware support.
  • Experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server and anti-virus.
  • Experience with desktops, laptops, tablets and printers; familiarity with networks, WiFi and Google Chromebooks/Workspace is a plus but not essential.
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
