Overview

Product Support Engineer

Up to £35k depending on experience

Havant

Full time | Permanent | 37 hours a week

Do you have experience in louvre or façade engineering sectors?

Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.

We are currently recruiting for a Support Engineerto join their team.

The main purpose of this role is to provide technical expertise across the project lifestyle.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £35kP/A, depending on experience.

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 4.30 with a 1pm finish on Friday

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the louvre products proposed for projects meet all relevant UK construction industry standards for screening and ventilation.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to the Sales Team, including calculations for environmental loadings, appropriate material selections, surface finishes, and project-specific application recommendations.
• Conduct design checks and provide detailed input on installation interfaces to ensure buildability and compliance.
• Confirm the full scope of each order as it transfers from Sales into Manufacture.
