A leading organisation in transportation is seeking an HR Project Lead for a 6-9 month contract. This role involves driving a major HR transformation programme to elevate the People Function from an operational focus to a strategic one. Responsibilities include designing and delivering HR initiatives while collaborating closely with senior HR leaders. The position is hybrid, requiring 1-2 days per week at the office near Heathrow. Candidates should have substantial experience in HR transformation.
