We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the residential sector with proven knowledge of working details of various construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and advice on technical / product knowledge and detailing including coordination and workshops with manufacturers.
• To act as part of the Lead Consultant team, which might include managing consultants employed by our client ensuing delivery of their work I son programme.
• Reporting regular updates to clients.
• Deliver a quality service for all projects that meets and exceeds client expectations.
• Provide and maintain high standards of design, construction and contract management.
• Check drawings and specifications prepared by ATP and the consultant team for coordination, technical accuracy and compliance with appropriate standards.
• Provide architectural detail design advice to clients.
• Prepare technical documentation and oversee the production of drawings.
