Job summary
A leading Chemical Manufacturer in West Yorkshire seeks an experienced Project Manager for a permanent, site-based role. The successful candidate will manage a multimillion-pound project portfolio, overseeing the full project lifecycle while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications include a HND or higher in Chemical or Engineering discipline and proven experience in delivering CAPEX projects on time and within budget. Competitive salary package offered, including a company car, annual bonus, and more.

- Demonstrated experience in delivering CAPEX tasks on time and within budget.
- Background in Chemical or Process Manufacturing, ideally with COMAH experience.
- Knowledge of HSE and UK engineering regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from engineering through construction and commissioning.
- Identify and secure required resources across Maintenance, SHE, Technical, and Operations.
- Oversee the development of the functional strategy with Senior Leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement opportunities with the team.
- Support and manage contractors for alignment with scope and standards.
- Review safety and regulatory compliance including COMAH and Process Safety.
- Initiate Process Hazard Analyses as per regulations.
- Build strong relationships with teams, partners, clients, and stakeholders.
