Youll be responsible for driving retail performance, developing strong relationships with store teams, and delivering exceptional brand presence across key accounts.
- Manage and grow sales within your assigned region
- Motivate, coach, and support in-store beauty advisors and sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to boost in-store visibility and customer engagement.
- Monitor stock levels, merchandising standards, and ensure brand guidelines are consistently met.
- Conduct regular store visits, performance reviews, and training sessions to elevate product knowledge and service standards.
- Analyse regional sales data, identify trends and opportunities, and report to senior management.
- Build strong relationships with retail partners and head office teams.
- Proven experience in sales management within the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or retail industry.
- A passion for beauty and a deep understanding of consumer trends.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Flexibility to travel regularly across your region.
The salary is paying up to £40, + company car.
