I am partnering with a leading UK manufacturer of high‑performance construction products, specialising in:

  • Vapour‑permeable wall membranes
  • Vapour Control Layers (VCLs)
  • Air barriers
  • Associated façade and building envelope accessories

We are seeking an experienced Specification Sales Professional with a strong track record in the building envelope sector. This role focuses on promoting a market‑leading product portfolio to:

  • Architects
  • Specification Consultants
  • Façade & Envelope Contractors
  • Main Contractors

You will focus primarily on mid‑ to high‑rise developments, driving project specifications, building long‑term partnerships, and increasing market penetration across the region.

Ideal Background
  • Strong specification sales experience within the building envelope sector
  • Existing relationships with architects, façade consultants, and specifiers
  • Understanding of high‑rise construction and relevant building regulations
  • Commercially astute, technically credible, and motivated by winning projects
