Location: UK & Ireland
Viridis Talent are recruiting for a Sales Manager to lead sales activities across the UK & Ireland within the renewable energy sector. This is a client-facing role focused on PV mounting systems and associated solutions.
- Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets
- Drive new customer acquisition and manage partner relationships
- Provide technical product presentations and training sessions
- Independently manage the sales cycle including proposals, negotiations, and contracts
- Collect payments in line with agreed terms
- Support order reviews and customer satisfaction follow-up
- Represent the business at industry events and trade shows
- Technical or commercial training with sales experience in technical products
- Minimum 3 years\' sales experience in the PV sector
- Strong knowledge of PV rooftop and ground mounting systems
- Fluent English, additional languages an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Motivated, team-oriented, and confident in presentations
- Willingness to travel regularly across the UK & Ireland
