A leading facilities management company is looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee operations across South Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire. You will manage site visits, foster strong relationships with clients, and lead your team to ensure outstanding service delivery. The ideal candidate should have a background in management and a passion for enhancing team performance. Competitive salary, car allowance, and various benefits offered.
Location: Ideally Nottingham, Mansfield or Sheffield based (covering South Yorkshire & Nottinghamshire areas)
Salary: £35,000 per annum + Car Allowance
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday)

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations across your area, ensuring excellent service delivery, team engagement, and strong client relationships. You’ll be the link between our on‑site teams and our customers, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
