Our client is a UK wide Independent Financial Planning company, who are specialists in the field of wealth management, Retirement planning, tax planning and investments. As their proposition and company continues to grow, they are looking to bring on an Area Manager to head up their new office in Cardiff. You will be working alongside the Performance Director to ensure the success of the Financial Advisers across South Wales.

Duties :

  • Drive business performance and support advisers with their business plans
  • Monitor and support staff performance
  • Build strong working relationships, having difficult conversations for positive outcomes
  • Drive and manage operational efficiency
