Job summary
A leading company in civil engineering is seeking a Commercial Manager for a significant new project in Hampshire. The successful candidate will manage all commercial aspects from project award through to final account, providing an opportunity for career growth within a reputable national and international firm. Candidates must have a strong background in civil engineering contracting with extensive experience in commercial management.

- Proven experience in a Senior/Managing QS or Commercial Management role.
- 10 years experience within a Civil Engineering Construction contractor.
- Extensive experience of managing & leading a Commercial team.
Responsibilities
- Leading all aspects of commercial activities within a major project.
- Ensuring timely submission of valuations and receipt of certificates.
- Monitoring project cash flow and projected costs to completion.
