A community support organization in Evesham is seeking a Support Manager to lead and coach teams dedicated to empowering individuals with learning disabilities. This full-time role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, fostering a positive culture, and promoting choice, independence, and control for those we support. Candidates should have experience in leading teams and supporting learning disabilities. Competitive salary and generous annual leave offered.

Hours: Full time 39 hours per week
Salary: Up to £36,339.97
Annual Leave entitlement: 33 days inclusive of bank holidays

We are looking for a skilled and values-driven Support Manager to lead and coach our teams in delivering outstanding, person-centred Support. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the people we support live fulfilling lives with choice, independence, and control.
As the Support Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management and performance of several teams within a specific area. You will lead teams to maintain an inclusive transparent culture that we are very proud of at The Camden Society alongside robust regulatory, contractual and organisational compliance. The ability to lead teams to support growth and development is the key to success as is the ability to build trusted relationships with people supported friends and Family, local authorities, Thera Trust central teams and healthcare professionals to drive positive outcomes for the people we support.
