Cluster Meeting & Events Executive

£26,421 / 40 Hours (Part‑time hours also considered). Permanent contract, Malmaison Birmingham.

A fantastic opportunity to help maximize the Meeting & Events across the Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin properties in Birmingham. Handling inbound enquiries and ensuring the smooth planning and implementation of all events taking place across Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin Birmingham, this role is perfect for somebody looking to step up from a single site M&E Executive role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist the M&E Manager in driving revenue by maximizing meeting room occupancy and driving catering revenue.
  • Work to optimize client relationships and collaborate with key managers across the two hotels.
  • Handle inbound enquiries and ensure smooth event planning and implementation.

This role suits an organized self‑starter with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail. Experience in a similar property is beneficial, but a positive personality and the ability to think on your feet are essential.
