A leading mental health service provider in Bristol seeks a skilled practitioner to assess and manage the mental health of children and young people. The role involves working within a multi-disciplinary team to provide evidence-based interventions from triage to discharge, ensuring a person-centered approach. Ideal candidates will have relevant professional registration, experience with young people, and strong communication skills. To improve children and young people’s timely access to CAMHS as part of a newly developed service:
We would welcome applicants who have recently completed the PGDip in Psychological therapies or CAPS training.
The team are a new part of the CAMHS service helping to transform access for young people. They are a dynamic team who are passionate about young people’s mental health and working across CAMHS and our partner agencies. The team are committed to continuous staff development and CPD, including reflective space and have a strong focus on staff wellbeing.
