A mental health service provider is seeking a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to deliver psychological interventions at HMP Full Sutton. In this role, you will provide essential care to individuals with mild to moderate mental health issues, utilizing CBT approaches in both 1:1 and group settings. Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team is key to ensuring a successful recovery path for individuals, alongside maintaining high clinical standards and monitoring outcomes.
We are seeking a qualified and accredited Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to join an integrated primary care mental health team at HMP Full Sutton. You will provide high-volume, low-intensity psychological interventions to individuals experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and depression, in line with Step 2 IAPT guidelines. Interventions will be delivered in both 1:1 and group formats, using CBT-based self-management approaches. You will work as part of a wider integrated team, supporting individuals throughout their time in custody and contributing to onward care planning for release into the community.
