Travail Education are recruiting for SEN HLTA's, Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistantsto join our SEN Supply Team for September 2025, working at SEN schools across Lincolnshire.

We are looking for SEN Support Staff to work throughout Lincolnshire at our client schools that provide alternative education provisions to pupils that have been excluded from mainstream school.

Ideally you will have experience of working with pupils that have challenging behaviour, social, emotional and mental health needs, ADHD andAutismand therefore excellent classroom management skills are essential along with a resilient and nurturing nature. A Team-Teach certification is highly desirable.

To be considered you will need the following:

An in date Fully Enhanced Child Workforce DBS that is registered on the DBS Update Service or be prepared to purchase a new one

2 full years of written references work/study
