Role Overview

The post holder will work within the Mortality Review programme, as a function of the Clinical Audit and Effectiveness Team, specialising in the delivery of nationally recognised mortality review methodology. The postholder will contribute to care record reviews and co-ordinate the learning from deaths process across the organisation, in partnership with a wide range of stakeholders, generating evidence to support quality improvement. They will be highly organised, possess good governance, IT and analytical skills and be confident in communicating information in a range of formats.

Working Patterns

Fixed Term/Secondment for 12 months will be considered with approval from the current manager.
