The Creative & Design Team Administrator will provide daily administrative support across the Creative and Design departments, ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities include raising, tracking, and updating purchase requisitions using the IFS system, as well as managing office organisation, supplies, scheduling, and general administrative tasks. The role also involves supporting the Chief Creative Officer with approvals for timesheets, expenses, holiday requests, and purchase requisitions. Additionally, the administrator will coordinate company team clothing, inspect item quality, manage distribution, and maintain a master database.
