A leading lettings agency is seeking a highly motivated Lettings Property Administrator to support office administration at Culverhouse Cross. The successful candidate will manage move ins, liaise with tenants for referencing, and ensure safety certificates are maintained. This role requires experience in administration or customer service, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Peter Alan, part of the Connells Group, are looking for a highly motivated Lettings Property Administrator to support our fantastic team in Culverhouse Cross . As our Lettings Property Administrator you will take ownership of office administration accurately and efficiently and in a professional manner, within a busy working environment.
The main purposes of this role is to manage move ins which will include creating the tenancy paperwork, liaising with tenants to ensure their referencing is completed as quickly as possible, arranging day to day maintenance, ensuring all the safety certificates are in place & helping our tenants and landlords with any queries they may have during the process.
