A local government authority in Shrewsbury is seeking a Business Support Officer for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling communications, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Ideal candidates will have experience in office administration and the ability to manage tasks efficiently. The Lexcel‑accredited Legal Team provides legal advice, assistance and support to Council officers, elected members and external clients at all levels. We are looking for a Business Support Officer to join our friendly team.
Reporting to the Business Manager – Registrars, Public Protection, Legal & Democracy, the post holder will provide administrative and clerical support to all teams within the service area. Tasks include:
