Qualifications

About the Role

Due to planned retirement, our client now seeks an experienced Accounts Manager with a solid track record. Your duties will include:

  • Managing ledgers,
  • Handling bank reconciliations,
  • Producing month‑end and management accounts,
  • Overseeing credit control and VAT returns,
  • Coordinating with the firm’s outsourced payroll function,
  • Liaising with auditors for annual accounts preparation,
  • Supervising Accounts Assistants,
  • Assisting with general office administration tasks such as stationery and equipment.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in law firm accounts, working confidently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong computer and case management skills, preferably with Lexcel accreditation.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, communication, integrity and a proactive, positive attitude.
