Great new junior level role in a busy client facing team! The successful applicant will liaise with clients, following instructions to prepare and file new trade mark submissions. This will include ensuring that clients provide all relevant documentation, maintaining files and databases, dealing with any queries and escalating if necessary, and preparing client invoices.
Previous office administration experience would be beneficial, and applicants will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work with accuracy, productivity, flexibility and teamwork.
