We're excited to be working with a prestigious US law firm, known for its friendly and professional culture. With continued growth in their London office, they're now looking for an Office Administration Assistant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
· Preparing legal documents and correspondence
· Assisting with lawyer billing and time entry
· Booking meetings and managing calendars
· Booking couriers and handling general office logistics
· Liaising with clients and internal staff across the firm
· Supporting project work and finance-related tasks
· Setting up and maintaining meeting rooms
· Providing ad hoc administrative support as needed
What we're looking for:
· Minimum of 2 years' continuous administration or junior PA experience in a law firm or professional services environment
· Excellent client service skills
· Flexible, reliable and approachable
· A proactive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
· The ability to work at fast pace and to tight deadlines
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Someone who enjoys being the go-to person, efficient in their work, and brings a positive attitude
