The Role: Treatment Coordinator

As a Treatment Coordinator at LOA Orthodontics, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding patients through treatment plans and payment options. This is a high-tech, positive environment that values integrity-driven sales — all without evening or weekend hours.

  • Obtaining high treatment acceptance by explaining cost of treatment, insurance coverage, and finance options.
  • Solicit referrals from patients post-treatment while at the same time tracking satisfaction with work provided.
  • Contact patients/guarantors the day prior or the day of the appointment regarding fees due and to confirm the appointment.
  • Communicate to office management if schedules are not filled for consults.
  • Presenting treatment plans and giving estimates of treatment costs in an effective manner.
  • Educating and discussing the Orthodontist's treatment plan after diagnosis and review by the clinical staff with the patient.
  • Ensure patients are cleared for treatment including all cleanings and restorations are validated before beginning treatment.
  • Promoting and upholding the values of Orthodontic Partners in all aspects of the job.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and communicate with potential customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Ensure patients are cleared for treatment including all cleanings and restorations are validated before beginning treatment.
  • Ensure patients are compliant with appointments, financial obligations, send the appropriate communication leading up to or including termination from treatment.
  • Drive results and strive to consistently achieve results and goals set forth by management.
  • Other duties as required.
Education and Experience
