Working 40 hours a week, you will provide support to people who may be living with learning disabilities and autism needs.
Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the clinical management of Bradley Apartments, including leadership and development of all clinical staff. You will be maximising the financial performance of Bradley Apartments, actively participating in Clinical and Operational Governance, and deputising for the Registered Manager when required.
With experience from within the care sector as a senior employee, you will assist with the strategic development of the care home, working towards Elysium’s objectives and business plans.
