As a Kitchen Sales Designer in our Swindon showroom, you’ll be the driving force behind an unforgettable customer experience—from the moment they walk into our showroom to the final kitchen installation. You’ll take time to understand their needs, offer creative solutions, and design kitchens tailored to their lifestyles.

• You will earn a salary of £25,500 - £35,000 (Base £25,500, with uncapped on‑target earnings of c£35,000)

• Have experience working towards sales targets (retail experience is a bonus)

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, is key to supporting our customers and providing the best experience
• Hold a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for home design visits
