Full-Time, Permanent, All Year Round

Are you an experienced Early Years Educator looking to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a passionate and motivated Nursery Room Leader to join our client’s nursery, providing a warm, home-from-home environment for children aged 3 months to preschool age.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) knowledge and proven leadership skills who wants to make a real difference in children’s early education.

What We’re Looking For
  • Level 3 in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or childcare setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
  • Passion for supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
  • Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices
