Nursery Room Leader – Brand New Nursery Opening | Level 3 Qualified | Up to £30,000

We’re excited to be recruiting for a Nursery Room Leader to join the team at a brand-new, purpose-built nursery opening soon. This is a rare opportunity to be part of something from day one – helping to shape a warm, inclusive, and inspiring environment for children and staff alike.

If you’re passionate about early years, hold a Level 3 qualification, and have experience leading a room or team in a nursery setting, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead your room with confidence and care, creating a safe, engaging space where children can thrive
• Support with the planning and delivery of fun, child-led learning experiences in line with the EYFS
• Be a role model for your team, nurturing good practice and helping to support less experienced staff
• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers through regular communication and involvement
• Help ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance standards are met
• Support the wider team and step up when needed – flexibility and collaboration are key!

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years – essential
• Previous experience as a Room Leader or strong Nursery Practitioner ready to take the next step
• Solid knowledge of the EYFS and a passion for supporting children’s development
• Great communication and people skills – you’re confident working with both families and colleagues
• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine love for early years education
