Are you an experienced Room Leader looking for the next step as Third in Charge? Then join us at the Hyde Nursery, we are needing a very experienced Nursery Room Leader who can take on the extra responsibility as Third in Charge, working a 38 hr week Monday to Friday with salary up to £34,026 together with great benefits. We are on great transport links to our Nursery. The Hyde Nursery is part of the CC Nurseries Group, and is based in Chipping Barnet, in the beautiful Iconic Hyde Institute building. Registered for 88 children our lovely setting is minutes away from lovely green spaces which the Nursery takes full advantage of whatever the weather, together with having access through the nursery to free flow in to their lovely outdoor gardens.

Requirements
As Third in Charge you will:
Be part of the management team supporting the day to day running of the nursery.
Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development
Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development
Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor always
Work within a team to support all children and team members within your room
Lead and support your team together with supporting their training needs to ensure best practice always.
Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met
Qualified level 3 or above, with at least 4 years experience of working in a day nursery and at least 2 years of leading a team
