A leading childcare provider in Carterton is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to support the Nursery Manager in delivering the highest quality care. The role involves overseeing nursery activities and ensuring that every child in the setting receives personalized attention. Candidates should have strong knowledge of Early Years and relevant childcare qualifications, along with previous management experience. This position offers a competitive salary of £33,394 for 38 hours per week and various benefits including subsidised childcare and professional development opportunities.

You will be working closely with our Nursery Manager, to strengthen and grow the quality of our care and our team. You will bring strong knowledge of Early Years, together with the appropriate qualifications, along with a nurturing personality and a desire to achieve the absolute best outcomes for our children. Ideally you will have previous experience in either a deputy or management role and be confident undertaking additional responsibilities to cover the Nursery Manager role from time to time (holidays etc).
