Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of practitioner experience.

  • Ability to develop good relationships with parents.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Nursery Manager in daily operations.
  • Carry out Deputy Designated Lead for Safeguarding responsibilities.
  • Undertake keyworker responsibilities for children.
  • Ensure compliance with Early Years Foundation Stage statutory framework.
  • Assist in recruitment and performance monitoring of staff.
