Are you an experienced Nursery Manager or someone with suitable experience looking for your next career opportunity? We're seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our children.

As a Nursery Manager or Experienced Professional, you'll have the opportunity to lead a team, drive quality improvement, and create a nurturing environment that supports children’s learning and development.

My client is preparing to open its doors in early 2026, and we’re looking for a confident, inspiring leader to help bring our vision to life.

What You’ll Do
  • Champion safeguarding and wellbeing for every child
  • Lead by example, ensuring full compliance with the EYFS Framework and all relevant legislation, while demonstrating a strong understanding of best practice
  • Lead and inspire a team of early years professionals
  • Ensure high standards of care, learning, safety and hygiene
  • Manage day-to-day operations including occupancy, staffing and administration
  • Build strong relationships with families and the local community
  • Help shape the nursery’s identity, ethos, and future ambitions
What We’re Looking For
  • A qualified and experienced early years leader (Level 5 or above)
  • A confident manager with a passion for child development and inclusive practice
  • Someone who is excited to be involved in a new Early Years Setting and will be integral in building something from the ground up and shaping a shared vision with Co-Founders
  • An effective communicator who values teamwork, creativity, and community

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Salary: c. £38,000, based on experience
