Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager who has consistently exceeded targets.
- Experience within the home improvements sector is preferred.
- A valid UK driving licence and your own car.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
- Drive recruitment activities for self-employed Sales Representatives.
- Provide training and development for the sales team.
- Encourage the Sales Team to generate their own leads.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports.
