The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager with a strong background in M&E Contracting. Responsibilities include monthly valuations, contract variations, and managing project cashflow forecasts. Qualifications

• Current experience in Commercial Management/Senior Quantity Surveyor within M&E Contracting/Consulting.
• Excellent M&E Technical knowledge.
• Experience of managing Quantity Surveyors.

Responsibilities

• Carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting final costs.
• Prepare and monitor project cashflow forecasts.
• Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations.
• Advise project staff on commercial and contractual matters.
• Prepare, submit and negotiate project final accounts.
• Commercial vetting of sub-contractor tenders and contracts.
• Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations.
• Ensure adherence to business commercial processes.
• Assist with project purchasing targeting and costing budgets.
