Roc Search is expanding our Technology division and we're looking for an experienced, ambitious professional to lead, inspire and grow a team of consultants while continuing to build strong client relationships.
This is an opportunity to combine your recruitment expertise with people management, strategy and commercial leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Lead and manage a team of recruitment consultants, driving performance and exceeding revenue targets
- Provide coaching, mentoring and ongoing development to maximise team potential
- Oversee full 360 recruitment activity across permanent technology roles
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow your market presence
- Build and maintain client relationships and key accounts
- Play a pivotal role in shaping team culture, motivation and success
- Proven experience in a recruitment agency environment
- Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience mentoring or managing consultants (formal or informal)
- Strong leadership skills with a motivational, results-driven approach
- Commercial mindset with a consultative sales style
- Technology market experience preferred but not essential (backgrounds from Education, Healthcare or Construction also welcome)
