A UK building products manufacturer is seeking an Area Sales Manager to manage a territory comprising London or Kent. The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably with house builders, and will be responsible for developing new business and managing existing accounts. This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000-£47,000, plus a company car or allowance, bonus, pensions, and healthcare benefits.
Location: UK (Territory-based: London or Kent)

Well‑established UK manufacturer supplying high‑quality bricks and building materials requires an Area Sales Manager. We are looking for a commercially driven Area Sales Manager to support and grow sales into regional house builders, groundworkers and merchants.
You are a motivated, resilient sales professional with a demonstrated ability to succeed in sales and manage a territory. Experience selling into house builders is very much preferred but comparable experience will be considered. B2B experience preferred; strong B2C experience also accepted.
We don’t require prior brick / masonry product experience or deep merchant‑industry knowledge – we’ll provide product training in‑house.
