Reporting to the UK Sales Director, you'll be responsible for creating, developing, and closing new business opportunities within our Platinum client channel. You'll lead (though not line-manage) the Platinum sales function, collaborating closely with the Business Development, Commercial, and Design & Specification teams to deliver solutions that enhance client wellbeing, sustainability, and brand impact.

Responsibilities
  • Own the hunt: Proactively prospect within your Platinum accounts - booking and leading high-quality strategic appointments (via direct outreach and BD support).
  • Sell at senior level: Conduct persuasive, value-led strategic discussions with senior stakeholders, positioning Planteria as a strategic partner, not just a supplier.
  • Deliver outstanding pitches and presentations: Create and deliver high-impact, story-driven proposals that inspire confidence and secure client commitment.
  • Create and close opportunities: Generate, nurture, and convert opportunities through disciplined follow-up and commercial insight.
  • Collaborate to win: Partner with the Commercial and Design & Specification teams to shape client proposals and deliver standout solutions.
  • Champion creativity: Approve final proposals, ensuring they are bold, innovative, and perfectly aligned with client needs.
  • Deliver excellence: Ensure seamless handover to the Sales Support team, maintaining accuracy and client satisfaction throughout.
