Job description

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales operations within the lending division. Key to this is supervising who will assist partners countrywide, define a clear sales strategy and work out solutions during the sales processes.

This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of agents, supervising Open Days, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while providing exceptional support between Lending BDMs and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead decision making process when it comes to sales
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and support
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed.
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for lending products to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and advise
  • Agree pricing, manage offers and incentivise all parties accordingly.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for product improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field ideal.
  • Proven experience in sales or sales management, preferably in the residential or financial services industry.
