Responsible for the direct leadership and management of strategic accounts, including the negotiation of key commercial terms and the management of one distributor. Focuses on driving growth and profitability, developing strong customer relationships, and executing joint business plans. Works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of commercial objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategy Planning and Business Development
  • Manage and grow strategic accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and promotional plans with partners.
  • Develop and implement account‑specific business plans to drive sales and market share.
  • Manage one distributor, ensuring effective execution of commercial agreements.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • Monitor account performance against KPIs and take corrective action as needed.
Contract Management
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with partners and distributors.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Address client concerns and feedback proactively.
Market Presence and Partnerships
  • Support the development of channel strategies and partnerships.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4+ years experience in account management within FMCG.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.

Commercially astute, analytical, detail‑oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive, organised.

TRAVEL REQUIRED

Limited travel to retail partner sites.

Location : London (Tuesday through Thursday in office)

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. This role will accommodate hybrid working arrangements with an expectation of being present in the office 3 days per week.
