Your role
A Scrum Master is required to join the Product team to serve as a leader for the Scrum Team, working to deliver future product enhancements. The Scrum Master will operate across multiple Scrum Teams and will be responsible for coordinating these teams, ensuring they follow Agile and Scrum frameworks to deliver ongoing product improvements.
The Scrum Master will ensure that goals, scope, and product objectives are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team. They will work with the Senior Product Owner/Product Owner and Delivery Lead to ensure the development team has the necessary resources to successfully deliver the desired outcomes. They will be the day-to-day contact for the development team and key strategic partners, coaching the team in self-organisation.
The Scrum Master will also work with the team to plan and coordinate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. They will monitor, investigate, and escalate risks and issues, initiating corrective actions as needed.
