Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary but mainly include:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, foster collaboration and innovation, set goals, evaluate performance, recruit, and onboard new team members.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee planning and execution of marketing campaigns across channels such as email, social media, and website.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
