Job summary
A boutique hotel and restaurant in the Ribble Valley is seeking a Guest Hospitality Host to enhance the guest experience from the first interaction to the last goodbye. Responsibilities include managing bookings, delivering outstanding guest relations, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience, great communication skills, and a passion for memorable guest experiences. This role offers flexible hours at £12.46 per hour, team discounts, and opportunities for development.

Responsibilities
- Manage hotel and restaurant bookings online and over the phone.
- Deliver exceptional guest relations for a personal experience.
- Host in the restaurant and greet guests warmly.
- Support the F&B team during service and private events.
- Work closely with the reception and management team.

We’re looking for aGuest Hospitality Host to join our team. You’ll be at the heart of the guest experience – from the first call or email to the final goodbye.
- Managing hotel and restaurant bookings, both online and over the phone
- Delivering exceptional guest relations – ensuring every stay or visit feels personal
- Hosting in the restaurant and greeting guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Providing support to the F&B team, from service assistance to helping with private events
- Working closely with the reception and management team to keep things running smoothly
- A natural people person with great communication skills
- Experience in hospitality, ideally in hotels or restaurants
- Confident using booking and POS systems (training provided)
- Someone who takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences
- Flexible, reliable, and happy to get stuck in wherever needed
- £12.46 per hour, approx 30 hours per week on a flexible zero‑hours contract
