A community health service provider in Crawley is seeking a compassionate and motivated individual for the role of Receptionist at the Child Development Centre. This position offers 22.5 hours of work per week, structured ideally over three days. An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and caring individual as a Child Development Centre (CDC) Receptionist at Crawley Child Development Centre. This role is for 22.5 hours per week - ideally spread over 3 days.
The CDC is based within Crawley Hospital and is a new development which provides a well equipped, modern environment which meets the needs of children and staff alike.
The role will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will be responsible for providing reception duties and an efficient and friendly front of house service for the Child Development Centre.
You may also be responsible for providing an efficient service for the Child Development Centre in accordance with timescales and guidelines. This may include preparing clinics and case notes, inputting data on the electronic patient system and sending out appointments.
