A boutique hotel and restaurant in the Ribble Valley is seeking a Guest Hospitality Host to enhance the guest experience from the first interaction to the last goodbye. Responsibilities include managing bookings, delivering outstanding guest relations, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience, great communication skills, and a passion for memorable guest experiences. Qualifications

  • Natural people person with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in hospitality, ideally in hotels or restaurants.
  • Confident with booking and POS systems (training provided).

  • Flexible and reliable, willing to assist as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage hotel and restaurant bookings online and over the phone.

Longridge House is a 23‑bedroom boutique hotel, restaurant, and events venue set in the heart of the Ribble Valley. Part of the Elle R Leisure family (the team behind Dukes 92 and Albert’s Restaurants), we’re creating something special – warm, stylish, and personal.

We’re looking for aGuest Hospitality Host to join our team. You’ll be at the heart of the guest experience – from the first call or email to the final goodbye.

What you’ll be doing
  • Managing hotel and restaurant bookings, both online and over the phone
  • Delivering exceptional guest relations – ensuring every stay or visit feels personal
  • Hosting in the restaurant and greeting guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
  • Providing support to the F&B team, from service assistance to helping with private events
  • Working closely with the reception and management team to keep things running smoothly
What we’re looking for
